Purchasing a high quality mirror is one thing, but how can we ensure the mirror is shipped to your home without breaking? Certain mirrors need to be packed in crates and shipped like a vanity table with a lighted mirror. Other selections can be shipped with traditional packing boxes and materials to prevent the mirror from damage. A mirror must be packed correctly to prevent the integrity of the glass and the mirror film from damage. How can we ship the mirror without leading to damage?
Each one of our mirrors is hand inspected and tested to ensure the highest quality. We place a sticker on each mirror to verify it has passed our quality control standards. To prepare a mirror for shipment, we use foam, bubble wrap, or a combination of packing materials. The goal is to limit the amount of pressure on the glass, or create an even pressure surface. Too much pressure on one area of the glass will cause it to crack. Soft material on the glass helps to prevent the glass from scratches as it will undergo substantial shaking and movement with the shipping company.
A LED illuminated mirror with 10.2 inch television requires a different shipping process as the electronics need to be correctly packed to prevent breakage. A number of companies will focus on the mirror or glass being scratched that they forget about packing the frame. We use soft padded material to prevent the frame glass from chips, dings, scratches, and nicks.
Each mirror is shipped the same or next business day to ensure it is delivered in a timely manner. Most mirrors are delivered within 1-7 business days.
Based on the size and weight of the mirror, we will use a shipping crate or a box. Smaller mirrors that aren’t as heavy are easy to send out with shipping boxes. We work with multiple shipping companies to provide customers with the best shipping methods available. The boxes are large enough to hold the weight of the mirror, plus the additional packing material we place around the mirror. The goal is to keep the mirror from moving inside the box during the shipping process.
Custom crates are rarely used, but common for large shipments. Hotels and other larger companies often purchase multiple mirrors. Crates will help to withstand the weight of the mirrors and provide extra protection to prevent them from breaking. Freight shipment is the best method for larger mirror shipments. Our mirror delivery costs average $20 - $70, but these costs can vary based on your location and the mirror that is being shipped.
Providing high quality mirrors to our customers is our top priority. We offer a 5-year warranty for each mirror we sell. If you do not like the mirror you purchase, you have up to 30 days to return the mirror to us. As long as the mirror is received with the same packing materials and is in high quality condition, you will receive a complete refund. To make the return process easier, we will send you a return shipping label.
